Join us in making a difference for pets like Elliot, who have been evacuated from the frontline in Ukraine. Elliot was discovered huddled in the ruins of a bombed building in Kherson, a region facing continual danger. Thanks to the brave efforts of volunteers, he was rescued and brought to the Oksana Shelter in Odessa, where he is receiving the love and care he desperately needs.
At Oksana Shelter, Elliot is not alone; he is among 50 other dogs who are being cared for by dedicated staff. Together with the Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities, we are providing essential medical care and support to ensure these animals are safe and healthy. Your donations play a crucial role in funding these initiatives.
Every contribution helps provide nourishing meals and vital supplies for pets and their families fleeing the conflict. Since Fall 2022, Greater Good Charities has delivered over 900,000 humanitarian meals to families in liberated areas of East Ukraine. Our assistance includes warm blankets, hygiene kits, and food for pets, ensuring that both people and animals receive the help they need during these challenging times.
We have also set up distribution partners in Poland, Romania, and other neighboring countries to ensure ongoing support for refugees and their pets. With your generous donations, we have provided over 31.6 million meals to pets across Ukraine and beyond. The need is still great, and your support is invaluable.
By donating today, you can help us continue our critical work. Your contribution is a lifeline for Elliot and countless other animals in desperate need. Together, we can create a brighter future for pets affected by war.

I’ve learned how to adopt a dog from a shelter, and I’m planning to give a loving home to a rescued pet soon!
