An infection had caused one of her eyes to rupture, necessitating immediate emergency veterinary care. Upon arrival, she was in septic shock with a dangerously low body temperature. The medical team quickly placed her in a heat incubator and provided emergency fluids while devising a treatment plan for her injury.

Jingle needed urgent surgery to remove her damaged eye and to halt the spread of infection.
