Join us in our 2nd Annual Paws in Peril Care-A-Thon to provide critical emergency care for animals like Stout, a brave Yorkie who has faced unimaginable challenges. Stout was abandoned by a breeder and arrived at the shelter suffering from dental disease and a parasitic infection. After receiving initial treatment, he faced another crisis, showing signs of lethargy and malnourishment that required immediate emergency pet care.
During his stay at the vet, Stout was given fluids to stabilize his health and was monitored closely. Although he has shown improvement, he continues to battle gastrointestinal issues linked to suspected pancreatitis. To confirm this, he needs an ultrasound and a comprehensive treatment plan. Your generous donations can help cover these essential medical expenses and give Stout a fighting chance to recover.
By donating to support pets in need through donations, you can help us reach our goal of $5,000 to ensure Stout and other animals receive the emergency care they need. Together, we can make a difference in their lives and help them find their forever homes.

I learned how to adopt a rescue pet from this organization, and it was a rewarding experience. I’m glad to donate for emergency veterinary care for Stout as well!
