Meet Bean, a spirited four-month-old Border Collie who’s facing a tough challenge. Rescued from a shelter, Bean arrived with a painful injury to her back leg that made it impossible for her to stand on her own. After an examination and x-rays at the vet, it was confirmed that she has a broken leg. Initially, the doctors suggested amputation, but the shelter staff sought out a specialist who proposed a more hopeful treatment: a femoral head ostectomy.
This surgery will relieve the pain in Bean’s hind leg and help restore her mobility. With a foster family already providing love and care, Bean is on her way to recovery, but she needs your help. Your contributions will not only fund her surgery but also cover the ongoing care she will need during her healing process.
We aim to raise $6,000 to support Bean and pets like her. Every donation counts and brings us closer to our goal. Together, we can make a difference in her life. Will you step up and help support animal welfare organizations like Greater Good Charities? Your generosity can change lives.
