Moochy, a spirited puppy rescued from a shelter where he faced euthanasia, is ready for a new lease on life. His playful nature was evident upon arrival, but his unique bunny hop gait indicates an underlying issue stemming from a past trauma. This injury hampers his ability to thrive as a joyful pup.
Moochy requires a femoral head ostectomy to regain pain-free movement in his hips. After the surgery, he’ll need at least six weeks to heal, during which he won’t be able to run or jump. However, with your help, Moochy can recover fully and find his forever home!
Located in Mississippi, Moochy is a 6-month-old Retriever mix with an injured hip and a fractured tibia, causing him pain and limited mobility. Your contributions will cover the costs of surgery, medication, and ongoing care. We aim to raise $2,400 to ensure Moochy gets the treatment he desperately needs. Any additional funds raised will support Greater Good Charities’ critical programs.
