Meet Tonka, a one-year-old French bulldog mix who found himself in an Oklahoma animal shelter as a stray. This brave little guy is battling a severe prolapsed rectum and a painful condition known as cherry eye, which causes swollen and protruding eyelid glands. He has already undergone surgery to address his rectal prolapse and is progressing well in rehabilitation.
As Tonka awaits additional surgery for his eye condition, he is receiving supportive care, including fluids and pain relief. Once his eyes are treated, he is expected to make a complete recovery and join his new foster family. However, he needs your support to cover the costs of his ongoing medical care.
Your generous donation can help Tonka get the intensive treatment he needs. Together, we can reach our goal of $6,000 to ensure he gets the surgeries and medication necessary for his health recovery. Any funds raised beyond our goal will contribute to the Greater Good Charities’ lifesaving programs, helping pets like Tonka in need of animal surgery.
